
Jesse Dompreh, Pastor
Jesse Dompreh, after receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics from the
University of Ghana
in August of 1980,
migrated to Springfield,
Illinois to undertake
a twelve-month internship with the Dept. of Financial Institutions. In 1982 he received his
graduate degree
in Public Administration
from Sangamon State
University in Springfield.
In 1995 he received
a Certificate on
Estate Planning
and Wealth Accumulation from Oxford University, England. He’s also the recipient of the following designations
from the American
College: C.L.U.
(Chartered Life
Underwriter); ChFC
(Chartered Financial
Consultant) and
CASL (Certified
Advisor for Senior
Living).
Jesse
is a State Farm
Agent who is involved
in the Albuquerque
community. He has
served as parliamentarian
of the New Mexico
JTPA Coordinating
Council, chairman
of DOE/Sandia Nat’l Labs citizens’ advisory board, and president of NM Coalition for Literacy.
He is a member
of the Governor’s
Business Executives
for Education,
former chairman
of the Greater
Albuquerque Chamber
of Commerce Board
of Directors. The
Greater Chamber
recognized Jesse
with the Chairman’s
Award for Excellence.
In
August 2004, he
was ordained Itinerant
Elder in the AME
Church in Phoenix,
Arizona.
Jesse
has two daughters,
Monica and Jessica,
and one son Matthew.
